GCL and its Joint Venture partners – Drylog , are committed to sustainability and efficiency by utilizing the latest technological advancements. In 2024, GCL invested over USD 13.5 million in drydocking five of its vessels, with USD 1.75 million dedicated to energy-saving devices. This initiative ensures a significant reduction in fuel consumption and emissions, enhancing the overall efficiency of the fleet. The JV partners – Drylog, also drydocked their fleet to the same high standards. A recent milestone was the departure of the Motor Vessel Bulk Sweden from drydock at Changhong Shipyard, showcasing GCL’s dedication to a greener future.
